You can’t inject youth into Geelong, that’s illegal.
That might have been funny before an 81-point GF win..

Did you just wake up from hibernation?

How is Fly? Still sooking about umpires? He wasn't sooking so much when you won all those close games...he was happy to fluke a few wins there and win some games where umpires had a good influence for you..against mostly average teams too.

It's ironic isn't it..you win all these close games all year because you're so great, then when it matters you lose two close games in the finals..maybe not so great afterall..

Maybe you need some of our ancient players to help you win a flag

I'd like the Henry deal to get through with just #25.

But... If we seriously think we can get him through in the PSD, then it would be hella funny to see the Pies get crickets for him.

That's why the will give in. If they don't then they get nothing and look like incompetent idiots...

Seen at Geelong Gym this morning - Ollie Henry juggling 10kg weights, Esava Ratugolea juggling 50kg weights, Connor McKenna doing Irish dancing.

And the damage that would do to the Collingwood brand:

  • Loss of a ND pick 25 + possibly another ND pick
  • Bad blood between OH and Pies
  • Potential bad blood between future prospects who may think, "Collingwood is happy to dump players when it suits but when out of contract they are happy to send you to the BD"
  • Clubs will be wary trading with Collingwood knowing it's all one-way traffic

Look how happy Grundy who wanted to be a Magpie for life looks in his new outfit

Anyone else reckon this Collingwood move is being influenced heavily by their new coach?

The bloke seems pretty ruthless and competitive, but might be a little bit silly?

Wonder if he's laying down on the floor right now, as he thinks through their next move...
