WHy do you rate him? Would be keen to hear your thoughts/

Just to give my two cents - oozes leadership, class act, elite kick, reads the play well and can play small or tall with a great intercept mark, and can play both midfield and defence to aplomb. Even if he makes a mistake (which he rarely does), he follows up and always gives 110%. Put on top of that, that as Mack said, he's just a 'ripper kid.' Have loved him since I took notice of him playing fantasy, and followed him keenly.

Here's his highlights -the video a bit down the page -, that have just been put on AFL.com.au (take notice of the mark and goal up forward on the tightest angle at 0.55, and then the final 30 seconds where he takes an intercept mark, isn't paid, releases it quickly, then flash to next scene where Bolton gets out the back and has him done, but ends up putting on pressure and getting a holding the ball right outside the goal square).

We will split Pick 7 with someone like GWS for two late first rounders which will be on traded for Henry and Bruhn. Our future 2nd Round will go to Gold Coast for Bowes and pick 7. So essentially we receive Henry, Bruhn and Bowes for our future 2nd round pick! And we keep our 2022 and 2023 first round picks. Genius.

Meh, Pick 7 could be a bust or a gun - Bowes is established and we've got him. Everything else is just gravy from here
He played four out of a possible 16 games in a side that finished 12th. Lets not set the bar too high for him.

Jack Bowes is an absolute jet. Very happy.

Probably a few different ways to go from here .... it depends on how much we want to specifically keep 7/8

Fr2 to Gold Coast , 7<> Bruhn and 12 allows us to keep our Fr1 , P18 and rubbish for Henry

or

Can we trade all our late picks for the GWS picks with Brisbane... 36, 40 something 50, something etc ... 4 picks do they have the four spots?

FR2 to Gold Coast , Fr1 one for Bruhn, P1 for Henry and take 7 to draft. ... and our first pick in 2023 is GWS R2

This year? Was in and out injured all year, but prior to this year, played 79 games over the course of 5 years - so an average of around 16 games a year. Not too shabby for mine.

Surely it is the latter. if nothing else a byproduct of the club's stated goal of always being competitive is that we're not going to get many top 10 picks - if one falls into your lap you pull the trigger.

Fr2 (GWS). where does it land ?

Our picks 48, 55, 58. around. 680 points..

Gws who knows?could be 21 again or they could play finals.
I wonder if giants will come knocking for 7 with 12/15 and bruhn now (not that i would do that but they might try)

Still reckon best outcome is future 1st bruhn (with something back) future 2nd bowes, trade 38 and later picks to bris or someone for future 2nd (so we can trade out future 1st and 2nd)
18 for henry
Keep 7 for the draft
Would be great.

The question is do we split 7 to get bruhn done and keep future 1st or do we value 7 more than the future 1st?

Has there been a time in history (discount NGA and FS) that a club has been so openly suspected to be jumping up the draft order for one specific player?

Even AFL.com is running with the Jhye Clark story now

Don't get me wrong, I can certainly see why and the links are there, but it's pretty rare this far out from the draft for this to be so open.
