I need to give Sholl an apology. I called him soft and merger last year, he has improved out of sight and he has gone hard for the ball every time. Never took a backwards step and broke a few tackles. Well done Sholl

24-10 free kick count. We got one free in the last quarter. Says everything if you watched the match - it was obvious they were trying to get them over the line.

During the Freo game, I made a call that Keays wouldn't be good enough for a contending side.
Utterly shocking call, what a player. Even if he has a couple of deficiencies (goal kicking mainly) he's a fantastic leader who runs all day, gets the ball moving forward whenever possible and just gives the team a real boost. He will be a long-term player for us, and he was free!

Billy, Keays, ROB and Tex immense. But as a while team performance - one of the best I've seen.
You know the umps are bad when you've got Vic commentators saying the free kick for a McHenry push in the side (as opposed to being the back) was wrong. There was one point in the third term where we had something like 45 inside 50s to 20, and nearly each entry we were getting pinged.
