Hmm those last 90 seconds of Q3 are gonna look preeetty important if Brisbane win from here. NM ending that quarter avalanche style, another goal and that would've broken it to pieces but they blew a few half chances and BL did enough to hold on.

I get why they don't use the best umpires when they haven't worked any AFLW games - it's clearly umpired differently as they usually get a lot more time to dispose of the ball.
But there have to be better umpires than this. There is such a wild variation as to what is acceptable in every contest - that kick directly in front of goal, that's a free kick in the mens every time, but it gets maybe 1 in 10 in AFLW, if that? That is rarely considered prior, and to pull that out late in the 3rd quarter in a grand final shows the total lack of composure that umpire has. And that's the best we've got? Surely not.

Wouldn't get a capacity/sell out crowd between these two clubs there I would imagine.
The atmosphere Here at Ikon is much better than the soulless monstrosity that is Marvel Stadium anywayb
