I don’t understand why trade week is so long when majority of trades get done in the last 30-60 minutes. These blokes are hired to nail recruiting, which is like 4 weeks of the year, with the rest of it scouting and determining what they want on a list. That’s like 48 weeks. Sleepy McKenzie does nothing for his 2 most important weeks, falls asleep on deadline day and then it’s a scramble to get it done. Sounds like me when I was at uni
