For mine that’s the burning issue. I’m not for change for change sake, but they are saying there will be a change in 3 years time.
Seems very strange for a president spruiking 20 premierships by 2050

Listening to Merlino on HawkTalk Podcast... i thought he spoke very well and presented an attractive direction for our club to head in.

I thought Jeff was very petty on SEN, using dirty sledges, trying to make the issues political AGAIN, and telling half-truths... he never fails to disappoint

I don't want a 3 year transitional president (Jeff was supposed to be transitional).

I want more of the Ian Dicker style of leadership back at the club.

Therefore I will support Hawks for change candidates.

Katie Hudson was appointed by the Board to be the go between, between the HFC and H4C. The fact that H4C are not endorsing her says something. That is all I will say on the matter.

I do not think it was saying it was whinging.

It was pointed out that there were some key deliverables such as 3 premierships in 10 years and profits year on year and the only club owning it's own facilities but we are all acting as we are Essendon.

I would be happy for the proxy to deliver the same results.

I gotta admit I am disappointed that the club is promoting its preferred board so heavily.

Its incredibly biased and should only be acceptable if the opposing candidates have the same access to the members.
Like for like.

I still have reservations about the present board members allowing Jeff to shoot his mouth off unchecked - but I think Hudson's qualifications are good for the board as is the gender diversity remaining as is - further incremental board regeneration can happen next year and ongoing under the Gowers tenure.
