I'm not a Hawks supporter, but I've heard he may be in doubt for next week.

First game in the reserves this week. Definitely in the best 22 just building up match fitness and the like before he plays in the AFL side. Assume he'll be back against the Gold Coast in round 4, if not against Geelong the next week.

He didn't train on Thursday so there's been a bit of gossip since then, but given he was named you'd think he was given to the final hour which to me says it's not to bad. I actually had him in my DT side, but as 5th best ruckman thus far I used the opportunity to upgrade.

Hodge and Hale are of interest to me too, thanks folks. Thought Hale was fantastic on Friday night, works his butt off.

Nobody really knows yet on Hodge but with how well our depth is performing atm I can see us not risking him and resting him 1 more week.

I think Hale is fine to play this week.

Not good to be blunt. He is depth behind both Hale and McEvoy. If 1 of them misses he will play, so most weeks he will be at box hill.
