I believe the only way Hawks get draft sanctions is if it's proved that the leak came from a Hawthorn person or someone employed by them(Egan).

Otherwise at worst they cop a fine for running a shambolic wellness check with no safeguards.

Egan wasn't a hawthorn employee, so not sure how him leaking it is hawthorn's fault

The mediation wasn't mediation though. Even in the letter, it says the accusers want to be heard. Mediation is a 2-way street
