If Rioli is out for the long haul then that is a HUGE loss and could mean the difference between making the top 4 and not.

Having said that the obvious changes are:
IN: Sewell, Anderson
OUT: Rioli, Savage (stays if Anderson is still not right)

IN: Sewell, Anderson
OUT: Hale (omitted) Rioli (injured)

B: Guerra Lake Stratton
HB: Birchall Gibson Hodge
C: Hill Mitchell Smith
HF: Gunston Franklin Burgoyne
F: Puopolo Roughead Breust
R: Bailey Sewell Lewis

INT: Anderson Shiels Osborne Savage (Sub)

EMG: Simpkin Hale Spangher

Bailey had three, three hitouts for the entire game. Was smashed in the ruck and part of the reason why North had an armchair ride in the centre bounces.

Getting nothing out of Roughead as a forward. We lacked run today and will continue to do so with 2 rucks, plus Franklin, Roughead and Gunston.

Disagree, we will miss Cyril for the next two games and then we have GC, GWS and Melbourne then bye.

So effectively 2 or 6 weeks out shouldn't effect the team too much. Just hope he can get back to the form he has been in lately.

Serious question, I've heard and saw last week that Ceglar is pretty good in the ruck. Should we be looking at bringing him in any time soon. Adelaide have a quality ruckman and also a pretty strong midfield so we need to stop allowing them first use of the ball. Maybe it's time we roll the dice on one of our big men? Better now than late in the year if we are forced to bring in a ruckman

Why would you drop Hale????????????? When we are on, and hitting targets, the big guys need to be there.
I am someone who believes in having another tall option up front , Hale or Bailey when one is rucking , the opposition have to cover everyone , and look at the names up the front, as well as crumbers.
When we surgically hit targets coming out of the back line then drive into the forward line the opposition have a hell of a lot to worry about.
Why Hale ? no no someone else said about dropping him last week too, not wise.

What are you all talking about. We have two ruckmen, today was a bad one. Gee you all seem to know how to
throw the baby out with the bath water.

We always get something out of roughhead , fair dinkum , he has the opposition teams watching him very closely, he takes a serious player to watch him. He is brilliant. You folks are over analysing.

Can Wanganeen be upgraded for a LTI right now? He looked dangerous as a small forward in the pre season and could be a replacement for Cyril up forward.

Hoping Sewell and Anderson are ready for this week also

People mentioning Bailey as an out are going to be upset all year
He is our best ruck man, and therefore will play every week unless injured
Of course you are correcxt. He has been around for a while and not played much , but he is a gun
and we will reap the benefits of this big bloke who is yet to hit his straps. Lets hope he stays healthy.

I am continually stuffed as to why we don't play Roughead in defence, although we probably won't need to do so this week because Walker is out.

I would like to see Mitch Hallahan brought in. I know he won't be, but after today's poor performance in the clearances, it might not end up a bad selection.

Crows got beaten , but they looked OK in the last , we would do well to be very wary of
of them.
Spot on
Sounds like this time last week
Ahh, just the Kangaroos, no real worries
Nearly coughed it up
Never Ever underestimate your opponent

We were down against the roos. But doesn't mean our next game will be the same story.
We will only make 'necessary' changes.
Out: Rioli, Savage & maybe Punky
IN: Sewels, Jed
