Only idiots would have gotten ahead of themselves. We were $2.40 for a reason. Prior to this season we had done sweet fu** all since 16.
If they underrated the top of the ladder, they are morons. There couldn’t have been many doing this, it would have been a recipe for disaster. We played really well in the prelim. I find it hard to believe there were nunerous dogs supporters who just randomly hopped onto the main board and said “our midfield is better, we will win”. If anything, they probably said it if there was a debate about who had the better midfield.
Sorry, but I can’t apologise for that as I wasn’t one of them at the time.

Yes - although hopefully Selwyn Griffith can step in without missing a beat. Had a pretty good record of keeping players at prime conditioning at Brisbane and has now had a year working with Burgo as well.

Great get for the Crows though, will be interesting to see how they go after two preseasons with him.

I think he came to Melbourne at the end of 2020 so nah he wasbt at Brisbane with Daniher
