Federal this, some other state that, quarantine leaks aren't uncommon yet time and time again we're the state that cops it worse than anyone else. Even now Merlino spent the first part of his conference going into bat for DHHS. I don't care who is in power, which state let it out, how advanced this variant is and if it knows karate or not, I want a little more confidence we can handle a single case with 2500 contact tracers.
