Heppell may be rested against the Suns due to the short break according to Hird.

Dyson Heppell won five votes in Anzac Medal voting to finish three votes behind winner Scott Pendlebury, but Hird said the young defender was one player who was nursing a few sore spots and could be rested next week given the short break.

''We don't want to hurt him. He's pretty sore in a couple of areas so he might be one who doesn't play.''

Lot of coaches sweating on the Rioli injury especially since many had Kraks and Richo on the chopping block this week.

If Heppell is out it looks like it will be all hands on deck in most people's back lines.

With the likes of Enright, Broughton, Duffield, Bruce & Lower all due to sit this one out everyone's depth will be tested.

Otten injured not dropped.

'Dumped Adelaide defender Andy Otten will find out the extent of damage to his reconstructed left knee when he visits a specialist on Monday. Otten has been dropped from the Crows side that will face St Kilda at AAMI Stadium on Saturday night, but has complained of soreness in the same knee that he injured during pre-season training in late 2009.'

They're dropping like flies this week... Lucky it's multi bye & there's no league games on.

Cameron Bruce out for six weeks (knee).

I feel sorry for anyone who shelled out the big bucks for him.

From Official Carlton Twitter Account:

Marc Murphy flew home today with his left arm in a sling after suffering a knock to his shoulder during last night’s victory at the SCG. He will have scans over the weekend and the results of these scans will be advised as soon as they are available.

Means I'll most likely have to find replacements for him, Swan & Pendles next week.

****. MY. LIFE.

Bugger.

Even if its minor they may rest him next week so he gets a few weeks off with the bye coming up.

The SC gods are angry my friends:(
