FIFA are voting on Sunday whether to ban Israel. Should be awkward for the US who concurrently don't really care about FIFA, but are also hosting the 2026 World Cup.

Israel might be banned from even potential qualification.

Not sure how the voting works, if it's by confederation or by country.

Israel have officially been ruled against at the ICJ. They're officially an apartheid state.

This puts a lot more pressure on FIFA's vote tomorrow and the IOC and anyone else who continues to do business with Israel, including Australia. It gives BDS and other movements the legal backing to support what they're doing.

The ICJ has ruled Israel must leave all settlements in the Occupied Territories and that hiding behind Israel's false interpretation of the Oslo Accords is not lawful. They're legally a pariah state. They should be treated as such.

If you support them, you support apartheid, there's no other explanation.
