In a bar like Finn's, you've got westerners from all over the world who might film you, the local staff - who aren't going to film you, wealthy connected locals or regional tourists, who might film you, and who you sure as hell don't want to punch in the head. Anyone stupid enough to punch a local customer in a bar like that, is in serious shit. That's when shit gets really ugly, really quickly.

There will have been heaps of phones out - taking selfies, filming shenanigans and beautiful girls - whom Jordy looked like he was hanging around.

Also, if you take a plea bargain you are still guilty of the higher crime but accepted a lesser charge to avoid going to prison.

The plea bargain was in relation to him hitting the male accuser, which he admitted in court he did. That doesn’t make him guilty of the charge that was completely dropped.
Fwiw too, that charge was never sending him to prison, regardless of the plea bargain.
