I’d prefer if some of that was packaged to a mid/late first before it gets to us if possible to make dealing with Freo easier. If any of our Dunkley trade is used to get Lobb that’s a fail.

I agree BUT I think that trade up from 21 is up to us and not there responsibility.
Sure negotiate it before hand but Lions only need to provide those assets.

Maybe this sort of thinking is clouding the Bulldogs judgement. It's not Brisbane's responsibility to trade on your behalf. Imagine what you could have done if you just stayed on the table negotiating for the pick 15 instead of throwing a tantrum at the first Lions' offer and walking off steaming threatening PSD.

If I'm reading that correctly, in the end it puts Dunkley only at a future first and Lobb at a future first (even though its Freo's own pick) + 21 + later second. I don't think Dogs fans would like that.

My favourite part was when he was talking on behalf of dogs fans not wanting to get nothing yet telling us Josh wants nothing to do with us and that we currently have a good relationship with him and that’ll change if we don’t like we care

What do opposition fans (ie not the Brissy nuffs in here who think they’re only giving up a F1) think of this:

21, F1, F2 & F2 for Dunks & 39.

Effectively 1x late first rounder, 1x early 2nd, 1x late 2nd & an upgrade from early 3rd to late 2nd for Dunks.

Could also do just 21, F1, F2 as absolute minimum we’d take, but the extra pick swap gets them more points this year

Leaves Brissy with 3200 points
