Adam Kelly released a statement about being a team first club. Can’t be bothered finding it but hopefully the last in his role at the club.

So having every club mouthpiece isolate and publicly ridicule a young player is an example of what one of these 'team first clubs' would do?

Completely ridiculous decision. His form has been fine for a half forward (tough position to play) and sure he didn’t dominate against Port but he wasn’t awful overall either. Not so minor point, but there would be maybe 3 other players in the 22 who could have kicked the goal he did.
As others have said, the double standards in selection are mind boggling. Team first standards …pfffft where has that got us this year? 15th - well done geniuses. Oh but this year is just an unfortunate blip (like the previous 6 as well).

The only slightly positive thing that could result out of this is that the club absolutely implodes now and Nicks gets the sack. This is only the beginning of the off-season fallout.

Let's be honest with ourselves, the club has zero desire to have a personality like Rachele's in the club, so they're gonna ****ing hammer him and hammer him until they destroy his confidence so bad he just goes into his shell. And then they're gonna wonder why he's playing so poorly.

Rory Sloane bleeding another year out of the club despite clearly being past it already last year? Team first.

Im looking forward to attending Saturday at Unley Oval to show my support for Rachele. Should be a good atmosphere this Saturday afternoon. Perhaps a good opportunity to provide some constructive feedback to club officials.
