kpp's at carlton

we currently have 6 genuine kpps who are almost certain selections in our 22.
fevola, fisher, kennedy, thornton, waite, whitnall

we also have 5 potential kpp's who all have the ability to make it, in edwards, bower, hartlett and both irishs's.

From this i think we are one Kpp short of a full list of them i am hoping this player is either hansen or gumbelton. one of these two would complement the list we have perfectly.

i dont think the rest of the kpps on our will ever be better than an average player and should be replaced by young midfielders these palyers include livo, saddington and tegue.

once we build a strong spine it will only be a short time before carlton again makes a strong challenge fro the flag.

With Bower and Edwards, do they have they body type to be a real KPP? I know they are a decent height but so does Fish and his body type is not a KPP.

I highly doubt that Bower or Edwards will turn out to be genuine KPPs. Bower, whilst he will fill out and will be capable of playing as a kpp, will most likely be a dashing half back flanker.

Edwards also won't be a genuine KPP. He will either be a half forward or back flanker-looks comfortable at either end. Has pace and skill, but not the body type to be a KPP like Hartlett.

At this rate and by some of the responses we are going to have the biggest 192-193cm half forward/half back flankers in the league. Hopefully Pagan and company aren't thinking along these lines, else I'm booking myself a loooooonnnnnggggg holiday.
