And it will require a Richmond style phase shift from the Dees. I recon if 2025 is like 2024 it'll probably happen.
The mail is Warner is definitely coming back to WA but not set on a side yet. Only way we could get both would be to offload a significant player.
It does certainly seem Warner goes back to WA next year.

Its going to be getting very hard almost impossible for freo to get Warnet now
He will be looking at $1.4-$1.5 mil a year
Freo have taken Shai salary on board and with the players they have on the list to also get Warner & Pickett would be impossible and even Pickett would be very hard without losing player/s to fit him in and thats before the asking price with picks. Freo have to be playing deep finals now after only making finals once in 5 years

If we have to choose between Warner and Pickett you'd choose Pickett every time, he's a player of much greater need. Warner can go to West Coast for all I care if Pickett is available.

Nothing is certain about the dockers next season....
Dockers can finish 9th to 12th again in 2025 and shai bolton could miss half a season with injury.
After all the trades have been done....
I cant see Ky Pickett getting traded to either WA club.
Dockers can finish 1st to 12th.

Dockers offered a lot to get shai bolton. Picks 10, 11, 18 for bolton, 14 and future 3rd.
Bolton is a more proven player, especially in finals.

Fair play to them, the only other club I'd argue who holds players to contract as strongly is Sydney. Contracts still give clubs control if they are strong enough

I reckon you’d do well to take a leaf out of Richmonds book next year and stock up on picks from Trac, Kozzie and Oliver when they all bail

I mean durdoro at the very least had a bit of charisma , Mackie was nothing more than a soft flog with a mouth on the field and even bigger one off it.
Oliver, Petracca, Gawn, May, Lever, Fritsch, Viney, Salem, Langdon, Melksham is a very solid group of senior players. Obviously fitness is the key.
23 and unders: Pickett, Rivers, van Rooyen, Windsor, McVee, Bowey and others (Turner, Moniz-Wakefield, Howes, etc) is also very solid.
Add two top 10 picks in this superdraft and there's every chance the Dees bounce quickly.
As for players bailing ? If we have a great year they won't be going anywhere. If we don't they're still contracted for multiple years and will do what we say.
I get the sheep will predict a terrible year for the Dees, but astute thinkers may think otherwise.
