If we move the Power reserves to an AFL reserves comp and we leave a stand alone Magpies team in the SANFL, as it has been suggested. I might stop following AFL all together. Or have a casual relationship with the Power like many Sturt, Norwood and Glenelg supporters have with the crows.

I know there are some on this board who think with our list we would be a shot at the premiership this year if Ken was gone or we made better selections or had better structures but there's is no way in hell we are a contender (forgetting Ken) with our current midfield. They are either too slow, unreliable kick, lack penetration or a combo or all of the above. Won't happen.

They were good enough to beat Melbourne (pre-slide, when they were flag faves), West Coast and Geelong.

Everyone looks terrible and incapable of challenging after a bad loss.

There’s not a lot of juice left in the orange at present, but it certainly doesn’t help when you voluntarily replace a quick endurance machine in Duursma with an unconditioned state league player who looked so far out of his depth it boggled the mind.
