Well Nathan that remains to be seen !
How's it looking? Good effort Nathan , just saw the score . Tough ask against the crows at home tho, will give you the win
Sounds like our men's teamSo our weakness is games against crap teams, and there's none left! Premiership here we come!
Would that be because we’ve played more top 8 teams than any of the other teams in the top 8?Interesting that we're the only team that's beat 5 of the other top 8 teams
Almost.Would that be because we’ve played more top 8 teams than any of the other teams in the top 8?
Heslop is not getting away from this.BRISBANE'S Dee Heslop faces a ban of three-plus matches after being sent straight to the Tribunal, while Lions teammate Charlotte Mullins could also miss their first final.
Heslop has been charged with rough conduct against Rhi Watt during the Lions' win over Melbourne on Saturday night.
The incident was graded as careless conduct, severe impact and high contact, which will see her face the Tribunal with a ban of three-plus matches looming.

If they carry over from the men’s game.Doesn't look bad. One motion. Though the tackle that got Dakota 1 week was far worse
Need some leeway in AFLW given the much larger disparity in strength than the men's league and players trying to draw frees
If they carry over from the men’s game.
Both arms pinned, player unable to protect herself.
Player slung to the ground.
Player knocked out and/or concussed.
Player didn’t return to the game.
Not a sling. If they carry over from the men’s game.

Player didn’t return to the game.
Almost.
It may not suit the full definition of a sling, but it wasn’t the momentum of the player with the ball that took it to ground it was the tacklers decision to take her to the ground in a forceful manner imo, so she will get weeks. Not a sling.
The ball bounced off the player as well while getting tackled so it was in play.
What happened when player hit the ground is just potluck sometimes.
Just shows how even the top 8 is. Exactly 15 wins and 15 losses.
No chance. Not a high profile Victorian name. Will have the book thrown at her.Imagine the outcry if a men's player (from say Collingwood) was suspended for 3 weeks during the finals for this. 1 or 2 weeks max, IMO.
