Regarding ticket sales/swaps: The AFL Grand Final is protected under Australian law by anti-scalping regulations, which forbid tickets to be sold at more than 10% of their face value. Offering tickets at more than this will be deleted; continuing to try to scalp tickets will result in bans.

BigFooty does not guarantee ticket sales or swaps. It is entirely at your own risk, please make sure you trust the poster in question. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

I come in peace.

Anyone need a ticket? I sadly can’t make it anymore.

Is it in the Carlton members allocation? Could be a good pickup for a master troll.

Going to be an epic atmosphere if nothing else on Saturday.
All we have to hope for now is that the PA system breaks down an hour before bouncedown and they haven't got time to fix it.

The crowd singing Country Roads and chanting the long drawn out Llllliiiiiiooooonnnssss chant pre game... now that would be monumental atmosphere.

I am little scarred after watching Melbourne give us a touch up in my first Gabba game in Round 23 last year (didn't even get to sign Take Me Home, Country Roads). Hoping for a much better outcome this time around. I can't describe how pumped I am.

Was looking to offload my Gabba Grounds tickets if I couldn't nab 2 x additional regular tickets, so I have 2 x tickets in section 424 to sell. Lions fans only.

Got section 440 row DD, upper level dead centre wing Vulture Street side, probably better seats than we have during the H&A season ie. directly opposite wing row NN.

I like the view and feel of it down closer to the action but still on the upper level... stocked, can not wait to get there.
Thats just above where i sat in previous years.
Center of ground. We moved only because we wanted seats in the top tier.
You are above where the umpires enter and exit the ground.
Image of your view and seats below, being somewhere along the red squiggle line.

See you there! Got Section 440, Row CC after three tries and rejecting the first-up rubbish! We normally sit in Section 241 directly below 440 and it's a great area (except when it rains).

Was logged on at the very start and was about 10,500th in the queue! It took around eight minutes to progress to the ticket selection.

Don’t know why they even bother with the queue number, all it does is induce anxiety, am I really to believe 12,000 people bought tickets ahead of me? Ground would have been completely sold out by the time I got a chance to purchase, not to mention we have September memberships which guarantee us a finals ticket. Makes no sense.

So who is doing the deep dive on best guess for crowd support?

I think i read 10k each supporter base but that sounds like a round number guess.

Would assume will be absolutely full so 36k or so

What does bcc hold, 6k? 15k each member base and we get the advantage with bcc?

I think carlton will have used most of it not all of their allocation so anticipating at least 40%.

There were probably a few thousand who tried before realising they didn't have access and gave up.

I'm surprised it actually went to general public sales.

I initially thought it would be 60/40 but if it went to general public it probably will be 70/30 like that Richmond qualifying final in 2019.

God I hope that happens. I'm sick of hearing that Disney song or am I not pretty enough.

Admittedly country roads is a decent song but I now associate that song with all the bandwagon Lions fans.

Weird experience.

Signed in at 10.01 only to find there were (allegedly) 24,700 in front of me in the queue, as a Priority One.

Sixteen minutes later it tells me I am next, then offers me rubbish seats in the middle tier behind the goalposts at the school end, supposedly "Best Available"

I rejected those only to be offered exactly the same seats again (what are the odds????)

Back for a third time and then offers me 424 Section WW. This is centre wing but right up the back but I took it because the clock was running and I wasn't sure what chook-lotto was going to offer me next.

Charged me $150 for each seat, which is less than the $199 I thought I'd be paying.

My son is Priority 2 but ended up paying $199 for each of his tickets which are at about halfback but at the bottom tier row L on the other side of the ground.

I don't know how I feel about this insofar as price v location but at least I have a ticket.

We took the first tickets offered. Same sentiment - at least I have a ticket.

It's insane - pay membership year after year, but be grateful for a random allocation made during a imposed timeframe that makes us so stressed we don't question.

Talk about crowd manipulation.

I've ended up with a spare ticket in Bay 408, happy to sell to someone on here instead of going back into the resale

Ah the classic "I hate that my team is good and popular, how dare people support the same thing I do". :D
