Can see him being handy @ Essendon as second ruck to Draper as long as they don't expect him to be a focal point up forward.

His primary role is as a second ruck, and fits a need. Can be damaging when he’s ‘on’, but needs to work on consistency.
Carr will leverage the GC offer to extract as much $$$ as he can from Dodoro.
2 years would be a great result for Essendon, although may have to settle for 3. A punt that will cost them very little but could provide a great return.

whats wrong with Mac Andrew
Nothing wrong with him its just not what we need. Good mid to replace cotch needed and Mac Andrew is someone who will take awhile to develop but he isnt needed since we have Nank, Soldo and CJ in the ruck

we can still get a great mid if we pick andrew or not,
he will end up more than likely a key position player not ruck in the afl
but theres no reason why he cant play both
his athleticism is off the chart,, i would certainly look at drafting him

Only makes up for his lack of contest in a lower team, May make it at the Bombers since they only have Draper wouldnt get a game with us next year with Soldo coming back

Strengths:
Athletic / agile
Excellent kick
Good tapwork
Weaknesses:
Sometimes doesn't read the ball well
Minimal physicality, often pushed out of contests by much smaller players
Consistency, either has good impact or none at all, pretty much nothing in between
For a bloke his size it’s a shame he doesn’t use it. Not sure he’d fit in well at Essendon given 2MP has similar issues with physicality…

Hard to install that in a player that isn’t used to it
in saying that I think you can get away without it for instance Goldy is the least aggressive ruck going around but his work rate allows him to be effective
Makes sense for Essendon. Gives Wright a chance to see if he can anchor the forward line without rucking while Chol plays as a ruck/forward. If neither player works out long term they’ll be handy depth and competition for spots may bring the best out of them.

Rumour that he's selected us. Which I personally really really hope is wrong. I don't think he's a sufficient upgrade on the kids that I would prefer to be developing them insead. Our list is also already over-full with talls due to the youngsters we've recently brought in.
