I feel absolute blessed that I never get the “PMSL” treatment from you.

Move aside Bradesmaen , I have a new best friend.
You talk nonsense, but rarely the type of mindless, dull as **** nonsense that earns a PMSL.

I have to keep standards high, or this place will fall apart. ;)

Have to say the presser has got such a positive reaction from blues, even the cynical negative ones that normally downplay stuff like that.

Also got a predictable response from opposition supporters, but who gives a **** about them?

I loved it, wish we were playing tomorrow now. The place is going to be rocking.

For me he's just toeing the company line and saying what all Man City peeps want to hear (it was well written).

He's not going to be around when the punishment gets handed out and someone else will be dealing with the fall out. He doesn't need to either as hes not the one doing the dodgy stuff.

Very telling that he spends plenty of time blaming others for the predicament that City find themselves in. Deflection tactics. A common tell for those who are guilty - and know it.

Hes hardly going to lay into his employers who've only been charged at this stage. Especially since they've been charged and found not guilty once before

Very reminiscent of the Suarez shirts after the racism incident. Liverpool fans lapped it up, everyone else thought it was embarrassing which just created an even stronger cult like siege mentality.

I see City jumped from stage 3 to 5.

1. Its all bullshit, we're confident
2. We shouldn't even have FFP FFS!
3. Would you rather us or the Glazers
4. Skipped over
5. Relegation is fine, we go again.

Suarez had already been found guilty of a race related offence at that stage, and your club pretty much tried to blame Evra.

Embarrassing isn't the word I would have used.

We've not been found guilty (at this point in time), and if people find Peps words embarrassing then that's up to them.

I do agree about the siege mentality, although still to be seen whether that translates to performances and points. The crowd will be up for it though.

Any chance the findings and or punishment gets resolved before the end of the season ? (I realise it's going to take some time given the seriousness of the allegations)

Without knowing all the facts, I suspect their punishment won't be as severe as many here are hoping (I think they will be banned from champions league for a couple of years, banned from the next few transfer windows and cop a 100 plus million dollar fine)

Looking at 2/3 years minimum I think.

Few on City boards are suggesting that the league will drop the case altogether in the next six months. I'd be amazed if that happened though.

Aren't the charges being leaked or coming about because the PL doesn't want govt. regulation into football?

Would be a bit strange when this case is a good example of why regulation is required.

"A few on the City boards".

The most reliable of sources.

Unlikely but it wont be allowed to drag on as long as some are hoping for.
