I've seen crow supporters reffer to Schoenberg as the next D Jarman lol
He could be a player this lad, they should be playing him, but he is on a hiding to nothing if that is the early comparison.

What's that in context too?
Apparently parts of the media are reporting that we have never lost in the PB's under Hinkley which is incorrect and has people shaking their heads. We lost to Carlton by 1 point in the last game at Footy Park in 2013. Hinkley was the coach.

Dwayno getting a bit carried away...wouldn't mind if he's right though!

Young mate comparing Rozee to Chad Wingard! Rozee has three more (amongst everything else) things over chad and that’s speed, height and work rate, the last one may be debatable because Rozee’s only in his second year, but him already moving into the midfield and flourishing so far may be testament to that

SPLIT ENDZ had no understanding of Australian football when they sung, History Never Repeats.

Just watched an episode of afl360 thinking they for sure will mention one of the best wins of the round. Over an hour and they didn’t talk about port. They get to the end and one of the blokes complaining about games on the weekend asks if they even saw one good mark on the weekend. They shook their heads.

what a farce.

We've not had a mention on that show after Connor Rozee as the Monday Hero, not a word about the jumper or the significance of the night for our club all week. Given that tonight is Wednesday and games are back tomorrow I very much doubt anything will be said at all.

I used to watch this every night, but I really turned off them after Whateley's "you're not the old Port Adelaide, don't expect to win, be thankful for what you have etc etc" rant last year. Never had a lot of time for Robbo, but didn't mind Whateley, when he went on that rant he lost me.

I watched yesterday before sleeping. When Robbo said he stopped watching the Showdown at HT and switched for the GC-WC game, I decided to follow his lead and started watching "The Couch" instead.

Big mistake. They didn't even talk about our game.

I soon realized that and went to sleep.

It is very similar to Brazil's sport shows, centered in São Paulo and Rio teams, regardless of what is actually going on.

Gerard and Robbo first must complete a full analysis of Footscray, which involves a thorough dissection of each player and each member of the football department and board. Then they can move on to other less pressing matters....

That's AFL media summed up these days. 90% of the content is on shit teams and controversies and the rest is left to something positive.

They've all chosen to delude themselves and the public into thinking Footscray's 2016 flag was a great team finally breaking a drought, rather than the actual truth. An irrelevant club benefiting from massive umpiring stitch ups against GWS and Sydney.

Why would you spend time talking about a drubbing of a completely irrelevant wooden spoon contender?

The things to come out of our game worth discussing was some of the individual brilliance and the bars. The game itself was the expected result and the only reason it was ever in doubt was how inconsistent we have been.

And against West Coast.

Although the West Coast one was more the Eagles not getting their normal over friendly reach around in Perth.
