Really they will aim for thew two Showdowns (I think it will be quite a struggle to get that the way the VFL run it).

The big thing will be once you allow it for two games it ill eventually turn into more games - my guess is the AFL will want us to sign a contract if they allow the two games saying that's it, that's where I reckon it will be stalled if not already being stalled.

Gillon and the AFL Commission don't have the guts to do what's right here, they will be VFL biased, what a great asset for a competition to have - yet keep hidden.

It's up to the fans, we need to bring a groundswell of jumpers to the crowd at all home games especially, the more visible the better, Eddy and the AFl can't stop that.

It would border on stupidity for the AFL to ignore fans, especially the money that can be generated for the club with an asset like this, and as we have seen, the AFL need strong financial clubs.

The silence form the AFL on this issue is hilarious, utter weak campaigners with no spine.

Well considering that the Vic based market doesn't give two shits about non Vic teams competing against each other including Showdowns, Derby's, Q clashes and battle of the bridge. We probably could wear anything without anyone noticing in Victoria.

Yep they do. Was listening to the pre game on abc radio yesterday and they were discussing how Boak was lost in the wilderness of "high half foward".
I think it was Shane Woewodin chimes in with how last year Boak was forced to play the defensive forward role and what a new lease of life he's had this year. They literally make sh** up to keep the conversation going and to make themselves sound like experts. No one pulled him up on it.

Listened to Daniel Talia on TV telling it as is probably it at the Cows atm. I thought, why is it left to a player to lay it on the line? Surely the Coach should be the one fronting the media and lighting the fuse under the players. I reckon Matthew Nicks is on shaky ground and his days at the Crows may already be numbered. If a man who got them to a grand final two years ago could not survive there isn't much hope for someone who has them languishing on the bottom.

The Crows worries are the least of my concerns but it does give me some satisfaction to see them implode which I think they are on the verge of doing.

I do not have a problem with it. McKenna has tested positive, he was at training and he was clearing his nostrils, licking his fingers and in close contact with others. As Browne says the camera picked up what happened make your own assessment. McKenna also admits he broke the AFL's own rules and according to FOX s Sports faces a lengthy ban. I cannot have any sympathy for him.

McKenna's situation has also made the news back home in Ireland albeit in the Gaelic Football section of the Irish press.
