Once again making hay while the sun shines triumphs over biting the hand that feeds you. But there’ll come a time…
True to some extent.
Last time we were coming off a membership base of between 22 - 25 k.
Next time will hopefully be 70k plus so that should help

Interesting that Fages first year as Coach was the second lowest membership numbers during the period above.
2k less than Leppas last year.

Are the $ figures down the right hand side the profit for the year?
And the bracketed ones are losses?

With 2019 being our first profitable year since 2007?

Yes to everything

Will have to wait till the annual report but maybe the club will be debt free also.

We have 6 adult full season September Memberships (Premium Plus)... $4237.50 :moneybag:
$64 per game sounds better and hopefully a guaranteed GF ticket in 2025.
As long as you are not paying for all of them

Not all but I do pay for 4, mine and my son, daughter and daughter in laws. All good I am happy to do it, that is their birthday, Christmas and Festivus presents all done and dusted in one foul swoop.

Took a few goes emailing membership to fix up charging me an adult price instead of a concession.
All sorted today so i can now work out my price increase for 2025.

Like some others i now fall into the Deluxe seating category which has September membership built into the price.
I broke it down comparing prices to last year that also includes the Lions loyalty discount whatever that amount is.
Just taking the increase for season 2025 as 14%.
I am treating Sep Member as insurance or a donation depending on if we make the GF or not

Anyone know how the MCC dual-membership option works for finals/grand final? Can't seem to find anything online saying that it provides/doesn't provide access at all.

The MCC dual membership gives the club $65, and you get a membership pack. No special access rights. The fluffy wording is probably because different clubs include different things in their member pack (ie $20 lions shop voucher).
“2025 MCC Supporter Membership incl membership kit and additional benefits”.

I’m a full MCC member, but paying $930 for Lions VIC Trad. Membership for 4 people (with Sep. add-on) so wife & kids can go to GF if we make it. If we don’t make it, then that’s $930 to see 2 games at Marvel!

Membership deductions come out in a weeks' time so just checking again.

Are there any BF posters that have now decided to change seats in 2025.
If so, have they completed the form or are they waiting for the first or full payment to be deducted on the 2/12/24.
Grasshopper 17 has mentioned he is changing and has paid the 2025 membership so has completed the form.

My niece has 4 seats and is still pondering if she will take the gamble and move from lower tier to upper tier.

Actually I haven't paid anything yet, but I completed and submitted the form anyway. So I'm wondering if I should submit it again when my first monthly payment comes out next week.

We have 3 memberships but one of them is separated by 1 row and 4-5 seats across.
So I have completed the form trying to get the 1 moved next to the other 2 but it is dependant on whether a single seat next to us becomes available.
Fingers crossed 🤞

Sorry i thought you paid.
On a rethink i believe it was one of briztoons friends that paid and lodged the form.
To answer i really don't know but you would not want it rejected because it was lodged twice.
It may be worth a call from you to membership just to feel safe.

I might check tomorrow for my niece as she is snowed under with work at the moment.
That will teach her to have time off work to go to the Maldives for a holiday.

It looks like basically every club in the league get a cap, a scarf, something, we get a bumper sticker and a massive price rise.

Can we have physical cards this year. Remember the ticketmaster outage?

Have just noticed that tickets have gone on sale for Opening Round and all bar 3 bays at the School end it looks like it will sell out quick.

I wonder if more tickets will go on sale closer to the date throughout the rest of the ground.

More tickets will go on sale.

The membership team still have to work out lots of seating stuff yet.
They probably have over assessed their needs to keep members and new members happy for what's still to come.
That is why only those bays you mentioned have gone on sale at this point.

First they give existing members a few days grace from the automatic deduction date 2/12/24.
That enables members to get back to them if for some reason monies did not come out of their bank account,

Members moving seats have between the 2nd (first payment made) and the 8th to lodge their form to change seats.

On the 9th all unpaid memberships are considered nonmembers, and their seats are up for sale.
On Mon 9th or Tue 10th, they then allocate the change of seats requests.

Then they allocate the new members that have applied and paid to join in 2025.
I believe they are done last, not 100% sure, but it makes sense to process existing members first.
Once that is done all remaining seats will go on sale.
