I got my ticket already another way this time, so hadn't looked into it.

I looked yesterday and there were still tickets available but not many and high. Most of them were singles though.

Just looked again now and there is one group of 4 and one group of 3 and the rest is a splattering of singles all around the ground.

There would be plenty of women’s/girls hoodies especially having an AFLW team now but not sure they’d be pink. I think they’d enjoy one of those regardless.

Looks great. Interestingly they've made the lion smaller and pushed it up a little bit to make room for the design; I don't think they've done this before.
Probably assuming that members in Victoria aren't coming up to Springfield for drinks and canapes. I don't think we get the Vic event invites either to be honest.Hmm apparently not including platinum members based in Victoria. Or maybe it's just me

Oh I understand the reasoning. Just as someone who does come up to Queensland quite regularly (and has an actual Gabba season ticket) it would be nice to give me an option to attend or not. Been burnt in the past with the Lions state-based mailing lists so a little sensitive about it, I guess.
Well the event is on at 4pm on Friday 26 May, so if you think you'll be able to come up, why not get in touch with the membership department? I'm sure they'd put you on the attendee list.
Yes I got an invite...unfortunately I can not go that evening, have a family thing on.

I’ll preface this by saying I don’t follow the women’s team, never have probably never will. Doesn’t mean I dislike them or the AFLW in general, it’s just not my thing.
When you get a message from the club saying 2 star players will miss 2023 with injury; your chest gets tight and you’re thinking ‘god no, who has gone down’, then you click on it and find out it’s 2 x AFLW players (perhaps ‘rest of’ missing from at the front of 2023 should of given it away, but I wasn’t thinking that when I read it).
Anyway, I wish the club would create mailing lists for members of each team separately, so I could set up a rule to send anything AFLW to the trash (or unsubscribe).
