Normally have few problems with Ticketmaster, but this one was a bit of a balls up.

Took forever to get in, then it said my password was wrong, tried to reset it and got the old “you can’t use a previous password, choose a new one” shenanigans.

Then got the error on the last step and so had to do it all again for worse seats.

Can be up to a full day. As long as you’ve got the confirmation email you’ll be right.

Got in using my 2 adult and 2 kids memberships. Does anyone know if can upgrade those kids ones to adult ones the same way you can at the ticket window for a regular season game? I know they don't check at the gate anyway, but would like to do it legit if i can.

On a side note, pretty annoyed at Ticketmaster. I got in the queue at 8.30. A friend logged in at 9 and got offered tickets before me. Now i am stuck in bloody block 303 looking into the sun!

Yeah i think you are right. Oh well, i'll just run the gauntlet. Taking clients for work though so its hard to come back from if one of them gets turned away!

You do understand that 9am to 11am is a Members pre sale period. So members want to go get the priority, not members wanting to game the system. Seems a very fair rule to me.

I've sat at the WACA, in the sun, during 37+ degree days watching test cricket, for the entire day. Sunnies, hat, suncream, and you're all good. **** the sun and think of the atmosphere that we'll have!
