Got in using my 2 adult and 2 kids memberships. Does anyone know if can upgrade those kids ones to adult ones the same way you can at the ticket window for a regular season game? I know they don't check at the gate anyway, but would like to do it legit if i can.

On a side note, pretty annoyed at Ticketmaster. I got in the queue at 8.30. A friend logged in at 9 and got offered tickets before me. Now i am stuck in bloody block 303 looking into the sun!

I did it for the semi. You need to ring ticketmaster and they will do it. Not sure about doing it at the ground.

Found the Ticketmaster site was operating pretty well. I got through with best available, but went out and started again to compare pricing and different seats.

Ended up going with the relative Cheapies to leave more money in the Beer Budget (note, there is a direct correlation with level of beer and level of booing from me). Category 4 tickets at $90 each - but they're premium seats if you ask me. Seats 1&2 on the row, so direct access to the aisle and the bars! Boo-Yah.

Decided to be a cheap bastard and scored two cat 5 tickets for 65 each in block 508 right at the very back of the stadium. More or less bought them for the atmosphere. The atmosphere of booing. I'm pumped .

Can anyone comment on the restricted view seats? Can you still see the oval? Or is your view only partially blocked? How bad are they?

Mine crashed the first time at 9:05 like a lot of people here... the system is pretty bad. Considering the money we're spending it's not a pleasant experience and there's very little information beforehand on entering barcodes quickly (at lesat not before you've run the queue gauntlet. Queuing isn't actually queue, I fired up a fresh browser session that wasn't logged in to my ticketmaster account a few minutes after 9 and that beat the sessions that had been in the queue since 845.
Selecting new seats if you're not happy with the existing ones is again very time consuming.

Looking forward to boo'ing until we lose our voice on Saturday! Let's hope we start better than the last time the Dees were over here.

Same, logged in at 8.30 got seats at 9.30 in 305 which is cat d during the season cat 1 when the AFl is running the show. Shoulda bailed on them but I didn't look at the seating map prior so wasn't sure where they were. Ah well, hopefully we kick shit loads of goals at that end.

I got something that is cat 4 for the AFL, but was cat c for the season. It makes no sense.

Restricted view on 2nd tier and top tier behind goals normally just means you look through the glass fence.

In my opinion if I could get these sets I would every game as they are really cheap and great view, section 302 to 309

I logged in on my mobile & Ipad at 8.55, got in around 9.30. Couldnt find the option to change seats, wasnt sure if i had to jump back in the queue. Block 133, which is Category C/D for members, but category 2 for the finals. Not sure how that works?
