Why does North Melbourne and Adelaide move up in the draft??? The draft is in order from the end of Rd 22 results not finals.

Would be absolutely over the moon with Ziebell so I rate your list!
But realistically I don't think he will slide that far.
Whoever is left out of Hurley, Hartlett, Ziebell, Johnstone I would ecstatic with. Hurley would be a dream.

Vickery is the best Ruckman in the draft. But as far as the best player I rate Rich, Watts, Hartlett, Ziebell, Natanui and Hurley as better players before Vickery.

played with hurls in 07 at the knights. any team that passes him up after the top 3 players will rue that decision for a long time. the kid is a superstar and while he's played state level as a key defender he could easily become a domainant CHF. never seen a bottom ager (in 07) crash packs like this kid (who had never picked up a weight at that time) did. will be a beast with afl conditioning. not only will he be a good player he will be a good clubmen, has the best attitiude a club could hope for of their draftee. im just spewing the pies dont have the number 4 pick.

No probably not.
If he goes top 5 it would be around where you might of expected, although if you look at Jack Watts at the start of the year he was not expected to be in contention to be the number 1 pick, so if Vickery had not done his knee you never know where he could have been rated.

Still cannot see WC going with NN, but it's a real possibility I admit that.
Most of our young mids are 'working class' and while Rich isn't explosive, he has class.
By taking Rich, we ensure we have exciting midfield depth for the next 5 years with Rich, Masten, Ebert, S.Selwood, McNamara, Houlihan, Butler and Priddis forming the core group [with Lecras, Hurn, McGinnity, Davis providing options/rotations]

You got Palmer at 7 because the recruiters at the 5 clubs before you all thought the same thing about him - whilst he was ready made to play decent senior footy in his first season, his disposal is average and he doesn't have anywhere near the upside that guys like Kreuzer, Cotchin, Masten and Cale Morton have. Don't get me wrong, he's had a great first year and deserved the Rising Star award, but he doesn't have as much improvement in him as the others and in the fullness of time he won't be as good as any of these other 4 players.So true. Vickery is definitely on Port Adelaide's radar entertained him at the G before the Port Adelaide Vs Kangaroos game the other week. Port are hell bent on getting a quality ruck onto their list in the off season.

I'd doubt essendon would take hartlett over ziebell anyway.
