I have heard people say that the Purple on White makes the players look bigger and more intimidating.
Personally, white chevrons on purple strip is my preference.

Our white indigenous top we have this year is an absolute belter, but ideally our purple - it'll look good when the glitter cannons go off.

No, but if you can drive down the road to Ballina, I have watched a few games at the RSL on the main street there.

Yes. There are many posts/threads on Big Footy about it. Mine was on Android/Chrome and from no other websites, so I just gave up and for BF I just use my PC/Chrome where I have no issues.

TLDR;
Seems to be a problem with Google ads, best way around it is to a) install a different browser, b) use desktop mode or c) use a non-mobile device

If you're on the road, most clubs and pubs in the east will have Foxtel, just a matter of asking them to switch a screen to 504. They'll usually have it by default on 502, or 526 if it's a racing bar.
It is bemusing to me that the AFL have not come out and made a statement. Why not.
There is the press release from Fremantle FC on the AFL site, but nothing from the AFL.
