I can tell you really dislike contracts and wish monetary offers had nothing to do with defining value.

Sub 26 years old and, 750k per year offer is very much an offer requiring an overall value in the top 10. Performance, attitude etc are all irrelevant too because they are factors in that contract Carlton offered.

The last I checked there is no drooling mouthbreather discount for Carlton either.
