I have to say that I'm somewhat disappointed that you're right though. I was looking forward to seeing the boy in action.

Sadly, I think that Jaensch may have got the nod in front of Crouch on the basis of that one desperate tackle against Carlton that possibly saved the game - the irony being that up until then he has been a somewhat piss-poor tackler.

What you need to remember about Matty Jaensch is that he is a learner. He has weapons of his own, and they are potent, but he does not just rely on them. He picks up on his weaknesses and works on them. That is why he is going to be the new Doughty - and a 300 game player.

After last nights trial - I have settled for my Rd 1 lineup. Gonna stick with the rd 1 lineup I had in early Feb with Brown replacing Tambling. Have included the number of games they played under Sando in 2012 in brackets.

Not sure how bad Callinans knee is. If he is out then we will put in Martin. Was wrong and would like to revise my McKernan prediction above. Think we will only play Sauce / JJ and use the 3rd man up for all of Jenkin's ruck contests around the ground.

Wasn't too far away from picking the correct side.... Callinan out so Martin comes in...

Was wrong on two predictions -

Shaw for Otten - Understand this - from all reports Shaw is a bit underdone.

Jaensch for Crouch - NFI. Said enough about this....

I have heard from a source in the playing 22 that Crouch and Callinan aren't playing, Luke Brown is in the starting 22 along with Jaensch and Otten. So the team to line up similar to this:
