Hurley would come close to Frawley, not at the moment but based on potential. Astbury and Grima are a fair way off at the moment. If you rated Frawley a 10 (relative rank in the group of 4), I'm hardly going to trade him for an 8 and two 5s.

Our backline goes to pieces without Grima in there. Absolutely superb player. I think he leads the league in spoils (or did until the injury a few weeks back) and gets 18 quality and composed touches a game going the other way.
Great story too with his journey to AFL footy.

Right now Frawley is the best, no doubt.
Frawley > Grundy > Grima are the top 3 right now imo. Not sure what age group = next generation and I'm probably forgetting someone. imo Hurley will end up being the best though.

I'd probably rate Hurley's kicking over Reid's.
As for Taylor, I think it's already accepted that he's better than these 3 and having him in the argument would take away any interest because it'd be an easy choice. We do forget how young he is at times though.
That's because everyone thinks he's older, but he's just turned 24 last month.
