I think Carlton have this year and next to win the flag before a drop off similar to Collingwood's this year with so many players around and over that 30 mark.

Geelong and Melbourne may not require full rebuilds but really need to get some decent youth into their sides over the next couple of drafts

We'll peak in 2026, IMO, but it's hard to know how long it will extend beyond that (if at all).

I certainty don't think we should approach list management as if this current push will guarantee us a premiership. Who wants to bottom out entirely again after this push? There's also no guarantee that we'll hit another draft year like 2015 if we did. We need to hit the draft sooner rather than later.
