All respect to Diamo got a lot of time for Hayesy and the way they have gone about it over the past couple of years. However this will get ugly, Diamo don't think they can win and that shall be te downfall. Doggies will win by 80+ Possibly 100 points. Boomer or Shane to get BOG. Doggies will do well in Div 1 but I'm interested to see how the div takes shape next year Eltham won't be regrouping it will be 100% straight back up, lower in the same boat and will be splashing cash over summer. Can Diamo step up even further and recruit a couple of big names?
Don't know about Eltham, but I'd seriously doubt any cash splashing at Lower. Unless someone's won the lottery and hasn't told us.

Back to back 10 goal losses, haven't beaten the dogs this year and have terrible record against the dogs in general.
It really is diff to last year, as I've mentioned plenty of times. At least with Hurstbridge last year, you knew they had it in them. It would be so much more of an upset if diamo were to get up.
Also I hear whispers, Craig Scholl has signed on for next year at the dogs

We will probably concentrate on our football instead of squeeling to the league about MRP. You've ran with a player coach for a few seasons now and how's that worked out? Heard a few grumbling down at the cave in regards to its us or him within the playing group.

Seriously the youngest ex North player is mentioned 38 and C Sholl is 50. I ski pass C Sholl's house on the Murray so if the Doggies are getting him it appears he has cash so maybe a great sponsor. Surely North will go down the youth path thats the only way they will stay in Div 1 (if they win tomorrow)

Virtually everyone has re-signed so that's mayo. We are recruiting hard and of course our aim would be to come straight back up. It is not as easy as it seems we know that, but will be doing everything in our power to make it happen.

Good point. They were at 42 out of 45 points yesterday. Which is about 7 more than Macleod. They can hardly fit anyone else in especially AFL players who are worth 6 points. Even Vfl players 5 and any worthwhile recruit could be 5 points.

All players will have a point reduced under the years served criteria which will free up more points for 2018 playerrs like braendler Dillon boomer Nunan tardio and Harvey will have a point reduced freeing up 6 points.

So they loose 6 points. 1 league player is 6 points. One league player wont get them into the finals it might just help them stay up.
Very hard to beat.?? Have you watched a division 1 game.? How many teams go up anb think they have a good team only to struggle. The differance is the bottom 6-8 players and their bottom 6-8 arent division 1 players.
Two or three possibly but not close to 8.
So you answered my question you havent watched any division 1 games. Their bottom 8 would struggle to get a game at any competative division 1 side.
