How about we get rid of the boring commentators 1st - starting with Watson & Ling.

I love Carey as a commentator but why not one of the other turnips?

Exactly, Carey is one of the most interesting commentators to listen to.

Daisy isn't his level, but neither are most others... yet she is far better to listen to than the boredom of Watson & Ling.

For me there are the commentary commentators who should just call the game. Dwyane is ok if we don't get him nearly every game. I find BT more painful & not a fan of Darcy. Give me someone like Bennett who actually calls the game & it isn't about him personally.

Then there is the specialist commentators who should be analysing the game & telling us something informative. Both Watson & Ling tell us nothing we don't already know & they are both boring as batshit.

I like BT he can be funny at times especially when levity is required and the game is an absolute bore.

Agree with points 1 and 2, points 3 and 4 are very subjective and I don't know her well enough to comment on point 5.

Educated in life I meant. A Masters degree wouldn't hurt though. Masters is the new Bachelors degree. I don't think anyone at my work has anything less than post-graduate qualifications.

Yeah, he used to own it with my cousin's hubby Rob.

They played under age football together at the Roosters.

Carey's issue is when he is drinking... so good to hear he has given up.

I was taken aback by how talkative and nice he was, I expected him to be a jerk but he wasn't.
