The fact that Gawn has had 2 knee reco's gives me hope that Cam can still be the player we are hoping he will be.
Another example running around out there is Petracca (who did his ACL in his first season).

Loving itHawkins and Cameron fumbling a 2 on zero in the goalsquare is a lot
Cats miss the 8 next year. Wont be near it
Cat's get easy kills at GMHBA. Make finals, but then aren't up to it.
Showed signs this year they're losing their touch down there. Cannot wait for the decline.
He’ll be at Carlton next year.Has Chris Scott finally gone stale?
Presumably zero youth pushing through.
A seemingly real lack of fight in their older types.
I think the off-season needs to be turbulent for Geelong.
This Cats team will have to flatline for years at the bottom to rebuild.

Don't envy the coach who oversees that rebuild.
Bit of an easier graphic to follow here:
The 24-28 age bracket is brutal, especially since Narkle is almost certainly out.

Ah, that's much cleaner. 19 players over 28; Henry, Atkins and Parfitt the only thing of value in the 23-27 range and very poor youth. Yuck. If they could have grabbed a flag it makes it a lot easier to swallow without it that is just an utterly depressing prospect for the Geelong fans. Up for a long time in the wilderness.
Does Joel Selwood retire or does he embarrass himself going around again?
