The only thing Fagan is missing from his kit bag is grabbing VFL players by the throat. Leppa had that one over him!
Imagine if he started to do it via the force though.

Could make for extremely polite press conferences!Imagine if he started to do it via the force though.
They should have went with the Gold Coast Sharks at the beginning OR the White Socks. That is not great. The whole branding from the name Suns down sucks.
Personally I dont think every club in Queensland should use the same general red/maroon and yellow colour scheme. Really should be designed to look different from your local rival.
Better yet Gold Coast Kangaroos with blue and white as their colours. They should have went with the Gold Coast Sharks at the beginning OR the White Socks.
The Gold Coast Demonic, Kangaroo Dogs has a nice ring to it.Better yet Gold Coast Kangaroos with blue and white as their colours.

The strip being mostly red will have people divided. That being sticking to the lifesaver colors.I'm surprised how much I like it, actually. Was not expecting to, but the more I look at it the more I'm a fan. Will wait to see it on a guernsey before being fully sold though, but it does feel much more like a serious football club logo than what they've had so far.
It's a tricky one, but I'm not sure what other colours would have worked well for a Gold Coast based team. It will make the clash a nightmare for the first QClash Grand Final in 2025 though.I've just never understood why they brought a second team into the QLD market and gave them 2/3 of the same colours.
I assume that’s what they went with because it’s a great metaphor for how the sun sets on GC’s finals chances, about 2/3rds the way through every season. The strip being mostly red will have people divided. That being sticking to the lifesaver colors.
The logo is not too bad.
Just keep looking. What do you see.
The sun setting over water and reflection. Which is what they intended.
North again showing how pathetic they are. They are completely irrelevant.
Just merge with Gold Coast and be done with it.
They don't know what they are either. It is funny, "North Melbourne has announced a three-year deal with Western Australia as part of its strategy to exit Tasmania."
I thought they were a Victorian club... I stand corrected.
And Fitzroy or the Bears weren't?You can't just toss a club out because of a few years of poor form. NMFC deserve every opportunity to forge their own path.

We still lost our beloved Bears thoughBears weren't tossed
Should have been the Gold Coast Grommets. A jersey with a powder blue lower third yellow breaking wave and green top half for the hinterland. Predominantly Yellow and GreenIt's a tricky one, but I'm not sure what other colours would have worked well for a Gold Coast based team. It will make the clash a nightmare for the first QClash Grand Final in 2025 though.
