And here l was thinking that there are more than four players on the feild….but yep there’re the ones that have to go….. but yeah have a crack at Dawson in first game and Bergman who’s going to need more than today to find his feet….but let’s throw in Finbar as the only replacement next week…hes mighty capable of filling in the four roles you have identified as our main and only weakness……let’s face it even the mighty Finn son of mail man would be in a similar position playing his first game……..
so 4 to go….but only one replacement?
Better ring Al we have a genius move of playing 3 short next week .

Tucker's rundown couldn't have been prevented. Sheez had no other options and Tucker was the only one presenting, had no support and was surrounded by Dons players.

He had 2 seconds to kick it. Plenty of time with awareness. Sheezel or Wardlaw wouldn't have been caught.

Half-time thoughts

• OMG we got a red time goal? Is that legal? Is that allowed?
• Effort has been pretty good, just a few passages of play absolutely destroyed by poor disposal by guys like Shiel, Scott, Tucker, Comben.
• Sheezel, Wardlaw, LDU, and... Stephenson (!) among our bests.
• Comben is good at intercept marks in defense and generally being in the right position... but his disposal is oof.
• Toby Pink might not be lighting up the stat sheet, but he's offering plenty around the ground. Should stay in the best 22 all year.
• Paul Curtis is always having 'almost' moments. He's almost electric.
• Bergman and Lazzaro aren't impressing. Would have preferred Will Phillips over either of them.
• Corr been alright in defense
• Wil Dawson looks every bit a first game playing before he was ready.
