Just how much money was Buddy on? Lot of contracts have been redone and FA brought in since he left but we keep hearing that there is Buddy money left over.
Might be time for Ken Wood to have a close look?

It wasn't the money that he was on, it was the money we put aside for him. We offered slightly more to him than Sydney put on a shorter contract. When he didn't sign, there was a small fortune spare so we front loaded a lot of our better players and now, because of that there is sizable portion left. Atleast that's my understanding.
All though I would still love to have him, buddy leaving was actually very good for us long term.
