I think by the end of next round,even if we were to lose to Melbourne, I think we'll still make finals.

I know there are other permutations where if we lose we'll miss finals, but I think that's an unlikely event. But of course, I could be wrong and things could go terribly from here. It's just mathematically improbable.

We really, really need the dees to beat Hawks tomorrow so that their game next week is meaningless to them. Lose and they play at their home ground. Win an they play Brisbane in Brisbane.

Geelong have nothing to play for and the Bulldogs will throw everything at them.

The Giants are in great form and by Sunday night the Blues may not have much to play for themselves.

I’m still a fair bit worried we won’t make it if we lose to the Dees. I hope the Dees if results in the top 4 go the way they should, deliberately drop the game against us to remains 4th and play Collingwood in a final at the MCG. Definitely sounds better then a likely trip to Brisbane to face the Lions.

It’s going to be a nervous week for us Swans supporters either way!

Thank goodness, I was sick of finals being held over this club like something that was actually achiveable this year. The season was over when we lost the giants after being demolished by Geelong.

Let's just see the boys play, see some different positions and structures, let's have some fun ruining the final chances of other clubs.

I had no faith in making the finals. I stayed quiet about it with two rounds to go but was just surprised at the confidence and expectation from the fans. Had a Matilda feel about it where public holidays were being spoken about when they hadn't even made the final.

But like usual I was wrong wrong wrong.

Super proud to make finals after the first Geelong game where their team laughed at us followed by their supporters. Now they are out and we are in. Incredible.

No doubt Crows supporters will get behind us as the roughie for the finals series. Surely I couldn't be wrong again.
