Treloar should be in the outside sprinting away from stoppages using his pace. Instead he is being played as an inside mid who is surrounded when he kicks. They are just hacks forward under pressure.
His kicking is atrocious, I can forgive foot turnovers when a player is sprinting, but this dude turns over short passes from stop plays, you don't want him anywhere near the ball, I'll literally spew if he plays next week, either him or Sidebottom need to be dropped, obviously can't drop both but one needs to go, I don't even care if we no one to replace them we need to make a statement.

As I said WC almost lost to Hawthorn last week, fair enough we didn't get the response we hoped for but IMO it was better than the Dogs and North Games, we chased hard tonight but we come up short, we didn't chase at all last week.

This was even worse than both those games because we were supposedly responding to those 2 poor games lol.

Guess what? I have a secret for you but keep it between you and I.

Next week will be worse.

Our forward line is totally disfunctional. Cox is giving nothing. Miocheck almost nothing. WHE and Thomas basically nothing. Elliott had a nothing game. Mayne played forward -again nothing. Daicos had a decent first half, but then disappeared. As soon as Howe and Adams are back, I'd move Moore and De Goey permanently forward before the season toally slips away.

Dave this is the time when I say to you to think about your posts.

Don’t give up on this team yet mate......tonight wasn’t good but I am still invested.

Well when the Siren went tonight I just had the Feeling of I just did not care

Gone from Being Super Pissed last week to no Feeling about the Lost

Lol, we double up against West Coast, Richmond, Essendon, Melbourne and Bulldogs! Three bottom 8 teams and just one top 4 contender

Eddie is too worried about running cricket, netball , basketball teams. Let's concentrate on AFL. He should walk away from all sporting franchises hes involved in. The position has gone to his head.

Been President for Too Long

I’ll do one for you ...

It was an arm wrestle all night from a very underdone Collingwood. We got three goals in front early in the last quarter then took our foot off the gas and Hawks then ran past us.

The good:
- IQ had a very good debut
- Scharenberg - gee, he barely looks like he’s missed a beat! Great to have him back
- One of Aish’s better games
- Maynard and Crisp are super solid in defence

The bad:
- Daicos really needs to take his chances
- Centre clearances this season. We just seem to get consistently smashed
- Grundy’s game was well below his best
- Good to have Elliott back, but gee he looked underdone.
- Pendlebury and Sidebottom appear to be carrying something

The ugly:
- What has happened to Sier? He’s a shadow of his last year self.
- Lack of Four Quarter effort - that’s becoming a real worry
- we’re smashed by injuries and suspensions. This week we were missing quite a few of our regular best 22 (Adams, Howe, Stephenson, Beams, Langdon). Wells would be real handy. Greenwood would be real handy.

Greenwood was.sbit last week and one of the worst offenders in terms of half-hearted efforts in contested ball situations.

I'd rather draw a line through him (and our season) and keep pumping games into a kid like Quaynor.

A lot of underdone and out of touch players. Elliott, Sier, WHE, Daicos, Cox.....
(Centre) Clearances remain a big problem. Heavy overuse of the ball to stagnant players who then just bang the ball on their boot and turn it over. Poor structures and coaching. Playing like a team which is feeling the pinch of injuries and have heavy legs like we are putting a big load on them at training, gearing up for a finals campaign.

We have sucked for huge parts this year and pulled off wins,

Break each game down quarter by quarter and we have played about 5 quarters of outstanding football.

Terrible skills and pourly coached.

Mayne should have went to Sicily at HT he was destroying us.

Greenwood's prior 5 weeks were pretty solid. I think his sore shoulder may have impacted his efforts. Look at the replay. He is one of our hardest players typically. You're off the mark on this one I reckon

That is spin, losing a inside 50 count by about 20, shows lack of defensive running by the midfield and zero pressure from the forwards to the mids. Hawthorn smashed us in that last quarter, because for some players it was too hard to put the effort in. Grundy sitting on the turf, whilst a Hawks player was snapping a goal, summed up the effort in the last quarter.
Grundy had the wind smashed from his sails, wasn't much he could do, dude would crawl through broken glass to stop a goal if he had too, pretty bloody hard when your wondering where your next breath is coming from though.

We over possess the ball with nothing kicks and next to little penetration.
We move it slow and when we turn it over, which we do, BANG one long kick and we are done. Teams are shooting for goals within a split seconds against us.
Happens all the time

And we over handball just about every time we get the Ball

Cox beyond disgusting.

Game plan is to slow. Need to move the ball quicker. Hawks gave us the corridor and we refused to look in there.

Some seriously changes required

Cox is not a Footballer A##hole

The rumours of Grundy wanting out grow louder every day. Looks to be gone.
Called names by the 'soup can' last week for predicting 4 losses in a row (now 2) and reports Grundy telling Buckley he wants out 3 weeks ago.

Has history taught you nothing? We'll beat WC, it's the Collingwood way, backs to the wall, poor form, quality interstate opponent, watch and learn boy!

If he could hold onto a simple mark in the backline so the momentum of the game doesn't shift, because our side are a pack of weak campaigners. That would've been good.
