Why? His strength has shown to be his reading of the play, intercept marking and clean use out of the d50.

Foot speed remains an issue, he can’t play the pressure role we expect from small forwards as a result.

Leave him where he is.
Foot speed can be exploited in the backline just as easily in the forward line and have much more damaging impact to a game. After watching McEntee run around putting pressure on the last two months, but never being able to actually stop an opponent getting a disposable away. I've decided that I'd rather a small forward that can kick goals than put on this nebulous idea of pressure.

I think, like Robbie Gray he has the smarts to destroy defenders with his smarts and body positioning. Plus we need accurate goal kickers as we have seen all year and Williams definitely knows where the middle of the sticks are

We need to see that set shot routine at AFL level, he does creep down just a matter of time.

Timmy G will weep tears of joy.

Another two year deal. Wonder if Kenny is trying to sync the whole list up to his own contract.
It definitely feels like they held a bunch of these announcements back to feed the "players want to play with Kenny" narrative.
