Here in aus, the ethnicity of people high up in organizations, proportionately reflects the proportions in general populace.

LOL didn't realize he had mentioned the PNW. That's my old turf; west side of mountains green, east side very dry. In fact on a visit a couple of years ago, the temperate Olympic Rain Forest was having forest fires because it was too dry. IIRC one of Trump's emergency related policies was that there should be much less if any federal money spend in the aftermath. So what is going to happen when the next hurricane roars through the Gulf of America and wipes out portions of MS, AL, LA, and TX? A couple of them are third world areas.
