Not quite. The funding freeze that has been halted (for now) by a judge wasn’t meant to curtail Medicaid. Could be a coincidence. Could be an indirect (but deliberate) ploy to cut Medicaid payments.

Could be because the people that maintain the Medicaid website have been deemed to all be DEI hires and placed on administrative leave.

Could be Trump’s mate Vladimir directing his operatives to hack the site to cause more disruption and chaos.

He's misread the conclusion of the document which says there's 'low confidence' in their assessment that it's more likely to have come from a lab. They're still open to it being of natural origin given the lack and reliability of the evidence available. It's far from definitive that it was a lab leak, let alone deliberate which is almost certainly what certain posters are going to misrepresent it as meaning.

This was a report requested at the end of Biden's time.
