Carn this loser talk of "I want to play team X and not team Y in the prelim/grand final..." we just beat our bogey team of the past 13 years in a cut-throat final. We can beat anyone. To be the best you have to beat the best.

If Brisbane win it keeps the Geelong QF - St Kidla PF - Brisbane GF 2004 finals run repeat alive. Coincidentally they are also the three sides we have lost to this year... I love a good storyline.
Has any team ever had a season where they beat every other team?

Brisbane could be the worst Premiers ever, well since 98.

Not quite, he said their giving away too many free kicks.... Which they are, like the double 50.
That was there and he also mentioned they were being hard done by 'like the game last night', and I don't like that implication that perhaps we benefited from it.

I think first preference for the (V)AFL is a Richmond-Geelong grand final. So they are trying to engineer a Brisbane win tonight in order to get Richmond and Geelong on opposite sides of the draw.

If they can't manage that, second preference is a home ground premiership for Brisbane.

Pretty sure a 150th anniversary PAFC premiership is a distant third preference at the moment.
Bulldogs winning one to prove 2016 wasn't a fluke would be third.

That would be the Kym “call me kimbo” I am a w***er Dillon cup
A few years ago when I was in the habit of listening to 5AA on Saturday mornings, they were talking about what happens if you bring in a high priced recruit to your club and if it pisses off the other players.

I sent them a text asking Dillon if he experienced any resentment from the Torrens boys when he crossed there from North on big money. Rucci read it out and couldn't stop laughing about it.

The **** was that piece of commentary by Daisy Pearce? A long-winded way of saying Brisbane are in front because they've kicked more goals. Deplorable commentary tonight.

I didn’t hear him say that, he said “we’ve given away 5 from frees” which they did. That’s his point, they were there. They have been in disciplined and given away frees that shouldn’t have.

Only one team benefited from the umps last night and it wasn’t us.
