With a disfunctional fwd line,key player injuries, terrible game plan.Slow ball movement and simple skill era's.Lack of height and weight around the ground.
Lost to Adelaide at home.That leaves West Coast,North Melbourne+Gold Coast.And only probably beat West Coast away in Perth.And maby North at Docklands or McG.Gold Coast away would be tough atm.

I''m not sure what Pickering is getting at here - he reckons coaches are being shafted, ie not paid enough for all the time they put in and is blaming the cut in the soft cap for some good coaches/assistants/staff being forced out, but then he says more of the coaches' salary should be included in the soft cap?? Not sure how that would help - why not just say that the soft cap needs to be increased?
