We're a fair way behind the best teams. It's good to find this out early.

Honestly think the club needs to change its narrative immediately and start talking about the rebuild we need to prioritise. Players like Lycett, Jonas, Dixon, Boak need to be last selected, we need to be getting games into the youth now.

Hinkley is 100% gone now, we're nowhere near good enough to get the results he will need for an extension, so the club needs to push him into rebuild mode, or alternatively we need to sack him super early in the season and go into that mode.

For that reason a shit house start might actually be the best thing that could possibly happen for us right now.
