Hey not much of a gambler but thought I would have a bit of fun and do a multi for Zak to win the Brownlow and Port to win the flag, is it better to do a multi or all up? Eg Brownlow is first so if Zac doesn't win money is lost anyway, but if he wins all of that goes on the flag bet, is that a better option?

Like I said no expert, and will only put a few bucks on for an interest. (would have been more interesting if I had done it in March but anyway)
You would get more with the multi at this stage because you'll lock in the Port premiership odds at whatever they are now, rather than whatever they would be grand final week (when there will only be two possible teams that could be in it).

Quickly looking, Butters is paying $4 and Port Premierships is paying $4.50, so you'll get $18/1 odds. Whereas if you chucked $1 on Butters now at $4 and it paid off, you'd get $4 back to put onto the bet during grand final week but the maximum odds you would get would be, say, $2, so you'd be looking at a maximum of an $8 win or whatever.

That being said the advantage to not doing the multi is if Port don't make it into the grand final you could at least make money on Butters taking the Brownlow, whereas if they're both tied together the whole thing would be dead.

I honestly think it’s more of a reflection on the competition than anything else.
He has got there defensive game sorted out good enough so they don’t get blown away.
They do try hard but lack talent.

They’re a squad of B graders that are well coached

You’d take Max King all day long but yeah they’re poo

Not even sure they'll make up the numbers. Certainly not a top 4 threat, but going to struggle to make the 8 I feel. Will be one of those teams that are possibly getting in or out based on percentage.
Quite possibly, but they do have games against West Coast, North and Carlton.

thanks for that, I didn't realise the odds for all up would be 'at the time' and not now

Ok $10 on a multi it is

Cheers :)
